It’s easy to overwhelm ourselves with huge drastic changes when heading into a new year. As much as It sounds awesome it can be hard to change everything at once. “Rome wasn’t built in a day” is one of my favourite reminders that good things take time. Just remember every action counts!

EAT AT HOME MORE OFTEN

TAKE A BREAK FROM COFFEE
Oh, this may be a “toughy” for some, including myself. As much as I love a good cup of joe every morning and LOVE ice coffee’s it can sometimes make me anxious and not feel the best.
