Eating healthy can be easy to do when your in the mood for it, however there are many times that we find ourselves with an insatiable appetite. We all have those days where everything seems so tempting and you just want something sweet but don’t know what will give you a little boost without being too unhealthy or ruining dinner plans! This short list of snacks is designed specifically as inspiration.

Making your own snacks is not only healthier but it’s also cheaper in the long run. Making healthy food at home means that you can avoid preservatives, chemicals and other non-organic ingredients which will save money over time! I try to pick a day a week to make a bunch of healthy snacks and stack them in the fridge for those moments I really don’t feel like cooking!
