Marshmallows and hot dogs on a campfire are typically what come to mind when I think of camping food. However, I can’t live off that for multiple days in a row. Plus, this camping trip is vegetarian friendly! I’ve recently been exploring British Columbia’s great forests and have had to think outside the box for what to eat on my adventures! It also helps to pre-plan meals to ensure you are buying too many or too few items. Below I have created a grocery list to go along with a 3-day meal plan!
