No Bake Energy Bites

These no-bake energy bites are so easy to make and have become a staple snack in my house. My favorite thing about these energy bites is that they are so easy to make and the ingredients are pantry staples that I almost always keep on hand. You can mix them up and roll them into cute little energy balls in no time. I find them easy to bring with me in a ziplock if I’m going for a hike or to the beach. They’re also great for when I’m working out. Peanut butter is a protein that helps my body recover, especially on leg days! Lastly, if I don’t have time to make breakfast this is my go-to “grab and go” snack.

HOW TO MAKE ENERGY BITES:

No Bake Energy Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1/3 Cup Chocolate Chips
  • 2 Tbsp All Natural Honey

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until well combined.
  • Roll into balls about 1-inch balls.
  • Place energy bites in a container or cover with saran wrap (cling film). Next Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 1-2 hours.
  • Then enjoy! These energy bites can be kept in the refrigerator in a sealed container for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 3 months.

Notes

Now for this recipe, I used the four main ingredients that I always include. With that being said, you can get creative and add more to these energy bites. Things such as flaxseed, coconut, chia seeds, or even a protein powder are all great additives. I personally like to keep it simple but if you want to add an extra flavor you can add vanilla as well. However, these four ingredients are all you really need to have a great energy bite.
