Hey Foodies! If you’re in the mood for something fresh, I suggest you try this recipe. Sometimes it’s hard to eat a heavy meal when you are just waking up. On those days, this is my go-to. This yogurt bowl feels very light but leaves me satisfied every time. I find yogurt bowls are really nice in the morning or even as a snack. Either way, this bowl feels refreshing. All of the ingredients are super healthy. Blueberries, dragonfruit, and mangos all contain antioxidants and are good for your overall health. I personally find dragonfruit a bit bland to have on its own so I created this yogurt bowl that has perfect flavors to match. The mango and coconut really add this overall tropical feeling to the bowl. Enjoy 🙂
